These are the only in-the-ear plugs that consistently work well for me. I have tried many soft foam plugs, but they are hard to fit in my ear and will slip out even after getting it seated well. I have small ear canals. I use my Online Earplugs whenever I need reliable sound attenuation: motorcycling, shooting, and riding on commercial airlines.
