Dear D. Gallarda: Yes, for about 1/2 or 1 % of our new customers, our ear plug is a new and unusual experience. It's not hard at all. Do not be afraid of this ear plug! It is completely safe. Simply soften it between your fingers. I'll explain more thoroughly below. D. our ultra-high blocking ear plug is surely not made from foam, whereas foam is meant to expand in the ear, and then it's supposed to block out. ????????????????????????????????? Our magnificent ear plug is made mainly from Beeswax, and just prior to insertion, one needs to (work or knead) the ear plugs between the fingers or hands for 15 seconds, to make the ear plugs soft and moldable. As one works the ear plug, the Lanolin gets disbursed throughout the ear plug and the ear plug becomes soft and moldable, like dough. Then you push it a bit firmly, In and AGAINST the ear opening until you feel the ear plug SEAL. Then listen to the silence! Lanolin is nurturing for the skin and it is slightly 'tacky'. It needs to be 'tacky' for the ear plug to stay securely in the ear canal and really Block Out! D. please don't give up! Our ear plug is made to BLOCK OUT. We have sent you a magnificent ear plug. Dear Daren: On the contrary, this ultra-high blocking ear plug is so superior and way way above average!!! Daren, it's an easy fix! If you are still hearing the snoring, then I know you haven't inserted the ear plug (firmly) enough to (SEAL) your ears. Please follow the instructions on the card that came with your order, by pushing and flattening the softened ear plug IN and AGAINST your ear openings UNTIL YOU FEEL THE EAR PLUGS ((SEAL)) THE EARS! Daren, all of us in this office wear the ear plug for the same reason as you, so we know it WORKS! Plus, you are presently listening for sound hypersensitively right now to test the ear plug. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Dear Rosemary: On the contrary; our (soft & mouldable) ear plug is especially (simple) to insert, but just prior to insertion, one needs to (work or knead) the ear plugs between one's fingers or hands to make the ear plugs (soft & mouldable). Once done, you simply (push and flatten) the ear plug in and against the ear opening (until you feel the ear plug SEALING the ear). Rosemary, regarding your statement " inside ear projection became injured ". What is that all about??????????? Your cannot injure yourself with our all natural soft and mouldable ear plug. If the ear plugs are ((sealing)) your ear canals as you report, then you should have noticed almost total SILENCE and significant noise blockage. Jim, we are a 100% completely 'transparent' company, for we post ALL REVIEWS, whether they be positive of negative. You may have noticed from the previous reviews, that almost all customers experience almost total sound blockage. Don't give up on this ear plug! Keep inserting it to where it surely (SEALS) the ear canals. When that is completed, you will be pleasantly shocked at how much sound is blocked out. Dear Latifa: On the contrary, they are so incredibly easy to insert. Being made made from Beeswax, one needs to (knead or work) the ear ear plus through one's fingers for 10-15 seconds just prior to inserting. Dear Andre: It is possible that your ear canals (are smaller) and our ear plug is (too large) for your ear. One is supposed to pinch off material to make smaller or combine the material to enlarge the ear plugs. Andre, with our ear plug, you must create the PERFECT size for your own ear canal. Our all natural ear plug is made from Beeswax, Lanolin and Cotton. After kneading it for 10-15 seconds, it becomes "Soft and Moldable" and ready for insertion. It's most notable quality is that it is very very COMFORTABLE to wear all day or all night. Andre, yes, we too know that it works well, for it is the (highest blocking) ear plug in the world; plus each pair can be worn from 30-35 times and more. Now, first knead them to make them soft and moldable and then pinch off some material to make a smaller ear plug. Then insert the smaller ear plug and see if that is much more comfortable for you.
