First take ONE ear plug at a time and (knead or work) it well through your fingers or hands for 15 seconds to make the ear plug (soft and mouldable). Then follow the directions in # 2 2. Push and flatten the softened ear plug, (a bit firmly), IN and AGAINST your ear opening & into your ear canal UNTIL YOU FEEL the ear plug ( SEAL ) (SEAL) (SEAL) your ear canal. YES, It needs to SEAL the ear to block out much. IMPORTANT: If the ear plug doesn't (( SEAL )) immediately, then just keep your finger pressed against it for a few more seconds and it will warm and SEAL PERFECTLY. 3. Dear Barbara: We shipped out your order on the day that it arrived to us. The tracking code on your package clearly verified that your package was delivered at a specific time on a specific date to your address.Yet, by our constant prodding to the postmaster himself at the post office that delivers mail to your address, we learned just yesterday, that the postman had errorred and brought the package back to their post office. They have located the package in a secluded bin and have sent it back to our post office box. We are going to our post office on Monday to retrieve it. As far as your advice, you sound like an envious ear plug company competitor; trying to falsely accuse our company and our product.
