Dear Craig: We are unable to relate to your experience, because we never have put CLAY in our ears; but for the past 14 years we have been inserting this magnificent BEESWAX Ear Plug in our ears and been so grateful for the tremendous amount of sound it blocks out. How you removed the ear plug in "pieces" is very very strange to us and very difficult to do. We suggest that you purchase some Foam ear plugs. We agree that they are, just as you said, "goo quality". Kind regards Mary-customer service

Dear Whitney: As the saying goes " When it rains, it pours". We've sent you the (( Highest Blocking )), (( Most Comfortable )), All Natural Ear Plug in the World; but I don't know from your review, what it was about the ear plugs that you didn't like. Further to your review: Whitney, the ear plugs are slightly "tacky" from pure Lanolin, so that they stay securely in the ear canal, seal it and block out much! Lanolin is good and nurturing to the skin. Surprising to find them "uncomfortable" for Mighty Plugs, made from all natural Beeswax are (soft and mouldable), and are recognized the world over, as the "most comfortable" ear plugs made. If you want them to block out sound, then push them in a bit more firmly and allow them to SEAL your eare canal. Whatever you do and whatever you select; we sincerely wish the best for you. Dear Ric: Yes, they will block out EVERYTHING: IF you insert them (( too firmly )) and (( too far )) into the ear, to where they ((sealing)) your ear canal. Ric, musicians must insert them differently; so don't push them in so far and so tight so that you can't hear the notes clearly. Insert them less firmly and the Mighty Plugs will reduce the "harmful frequencies" and allow in the frequencies that are not harmful. Kind regards Mary-customer service

Dear June: ON THE CONTRARY!!!! They are the BEST INVESTMENT you'll ever make !!!! We've sent you the HIGHEST BLOCKING Ear Plugs (( IN THE WORLD )), and sadly, you haven't figured out how to INSERT THEM! June, Please follow the below instructions (exactly), and you'll completely change your thinking and possibly?? you'll be grateful for my effort and instructions: 1. First take ONE ear plug at a time, and (knead or work) it well through your fingers or hands for 15-20 seconds, to make the ear plug (soft and mouldable). Then follow the directions in # 2 2. Push and flatten the softened ear plug, (a bit firmly), IN and AGAINST your ear opening & into your ear canal UNTIL YOU FEEL the ear plug ( SEAL ) your ear canal. YES, It needs to SEAL the ear to block out much. IMPORTANT: If the ear plug doesn't (( SEAL )) immediately, then just keep your finger pressed against it with slight pressure for a few more seconds and it will warm and SEAL PERFECTLY. 3. Now take the other ear plug, and prepare it and insert it (exactly) the same way as the first ear plug. June, now with both ears SEALED, LISTEN TO (( SILENCE )) !!!!!! Dear Komaris: This is an (( EASY FIX )). Our Ultra-High blocking Beeswax ear plug must be inserted to SEAL, SEAL SEAL the ear canal. Komaris, please follow the directions below (exactly) and you'll be (( grateful )) for these magnificent ear plugs. 1. Dear Tammy: ON THE CONTRARY: >>>>There are no "bad batches" of our product. Tammy, it is strange that we've had no correspondence from you except for this review. It's almost IMPOSSIBLE for the ear plug to come apart!! It's held together well with beeswax and cotton fibers. One would have to be "extremely careless" to pinch and tear our ear plug apart, and there surely is nothing in the ear plug that makes it "watery". Tammy, there's something about your review and story that is questionable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wishing you and any ear plug all the best with whatever ear plug your hands should touch. Dear Carlene: Carlene, breaking off our ear plug and inserting soooooo small a piece that made it so difficult to remove, and pushing it in sooooooo far into the ear canal to try and reach your brain was (( negligent )) and absurd. Please do not have Mr. Bender use our ear plugs any more. Have him insert COTTON BALLS or WADS OF TISSUE. Most sincerely Mary-customer service
