I bought these for my 17 year old non-verbal Autistic daughter, bath time has always been stressful for both of us because she can not stand the sound of running water. I helped her put them in the first time, after that she is happily doing it on her own and bath time is going a lot faster with less stress since she is not holding her fingers against her ears the whole time. These earplugs are the best thing to happen to my sleep in my lifetime. I’m a very light sleeper and wake up to just the slightest noise. Now I don’t have to. There especially great on airplanes or in hotels where noise is especially disturbing. I tell everyone about them and have given several people a pair to try for themselves.

Use the plugs for sleeping during the day after working night shifts. Completely block any noise in the house & really comfortable to wear. These plugs have doubled my sleep, according to my fitbit. The best ear plugs ive ever worn!
