Oh Dear Lynda: YOU FOUND IT !!! but you don't know (( how to insert )) our ear plugs !!!!!!!!!!!! Please follow the below instructions (exactly) and you'll be very pleased with the sound blockage. 1. Just before insertion, take ( ONE ) ear plug at a time, and (work or knead) it between your fingers or hands for at least ( 15-20 ) seconds to make our Beeswax ear plug, (soft and moldable). 2. Then push and flatten the softened ear plug, (a bit firmly), IN and AGAINST your ear opening, UNTIL YOU FEEL the ear plug ( SEAL ) (SEAL) (SEAL) your ear canal. IMPORTANT: If the ear plug doesn't (( SEAL )) immediately, then just keep your finger pressed against it for a few more seconds and it will warm and SEAL PERFECTLY; and be sure to push them in far enough so that the (( whole ear plug )) is in your canal. 3. Dear LD: ON THE CONTRARY !!!!!!! Your online order ( with "free shipping") selected, came in via our website on the 29th of March. The address unit number was questionable. We immediately e-mailed you to ask you to view the address you entered to verify that it was correct and complete. (( You didn't answer )) your e-mail until Saturday, April 1st.; and as we are closed on the weekends; both Sat. and Sunday, your order was shipped out on Monday morning April 3rd.. It arrived to you on Thursday April 6th; just 3 days later. Amazon is a fine distributor for us. I don't know if they offer "free shipping" like we do and I doubt that you would have received your order any quicker; yet we are SURELY GRATEFUL TO YOU from ordering our fine ear plug whether it be from us or Amazon. Whoa Tina: They'll block it (( ALL )) out his snorring !! BUT, you'll have to insert the ear plugs so that they ((SEAL)) your ear canals. Tina, please follow the below instructions exactly and you'll be able to block it all out and get back in bed with him !!!!!! 1. Dear N.M.: If you had inserted our ear plug deep enough into your ear canal to SEAL your ear, your hair would never have gotten involved with the ear plug, plus you would have blocked out (( ALL )) his snoring !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dear Jantine: Oh yes, our Mighty Plugs "do the job"!! BUT>>>>Be sure to (knead) them well for 15-20 seconds ( to make them soft and moldable), just prior to insertion Then try using just the tips of your fingers to insert them so that they SEAL the ear canal. Jantine, the ear plugs have to SEAL the ear canal to really block out much sound. Once SEALED, you'll most likely not here anything but (( SILENCE ))! Kindest regards Mary-customer service

NOW, adult women or a men with smaller ear canals can easily pinch off about 1/3rd of the ear plug to make it smaller if they feel that the ear plug is too large. 2. Then push and flatten the softened ear plug, (a bit firmly), IN and AGAINST your ear opening, UNTIL YOU FEEL the ear plug ( SEAL ), yes ( SEAL ) your ear canal. Dear Tammy: Your review is very understandable to us. You didn't insert our ear plug CORRECTLY, plus our ear plug was TOO LARGE for your ear canal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1. You said "my ears hurt the next day". The answer is: our ear was "too large" for your ear. You could have pinched off some material and inserted a smaller ear plug that would have fit your ear PERFECTLY. 2. You said "Doesn't really block out all sound". The answer is: It is obvious to us that you didn't insert the ear plug (firmly) enough to have it SEAL your ear canal. If you inserted it correctly an allowed it to SEAL, you would have heard SILENCE. Tammy, please correct the 2 situations and you'll be "pleasantly surprised" how magnificent the "sound blocking" is.
