Dear Karen: LET'S REVERSE THIS NOW!!! and bring you HAPPINNESS. Karen. this magnificent ear plug will block out (( ALL )) the noise, BUT ONLY when you allow them to SEAL; yes SEAL your ear canals.!!! Karen, (( please follow the instructions )) below and your disappointment will turn in to elated happiness!!! 1. Just before insertion, take (( ONE )) ear plug at a time and (work or knead) it between your fingers or hands for at LEAST15 seconds to make the Beeswax ear plug (soft and mouldable). 2. Then push and flatten it (a bit firmly), IN and AGAINST your ear opening, UNTIL YOU FEEL the ear plug (( SEAL )) your ear canal. If it doesn't seal immediately, then just keep your finger pressed against the ear plug for a few more seconds and it will SEAL PERFECTLY. 3. Now take the other ear plug, and prepare it and insert it (exactly) the same way as the first ear plug. You'll now have the HIGHEST BLOCKING EAR PLUG in the world doing what it does best; IT'S BLOCKING OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Now listen to only SILENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dear Raymond: Yes, thank you for appreciating our customer service. We want only the best end result for our customers because all of us here in the office and plant, wear this magnificent ear plug as well. Raymond, as good as our customer service is, our ear plugs are even better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We offered you the refund and also allowed you to keep the ear plugs, because we knew that if we had the chance to inform you, you would then see how great they were. Our earplugs are intended to be INSERTED (( INTO )) the ear canal. When you said that her hair was involved, then we knew immediately that she did not insert the earplugs far enough into the ear. Most likely, she was afraid to insert the ear plugs and they PROTRUDED OUT TOO FAR and got involved with her hair. Raymond. our earplug must be inserted INTO and AGAINST the ear opening, and it will go a short distance into the ear canal. Dear Dawn: SURPRISE !!! They are not only " GREAT " but they are truly " MAGNIFICENT " Dawn, I know why they are not working for you !!!!!!! You gave me the clue when you said the following "my hair sticks to them" That statement tells me that our ear plug is PROTRUDING out too far from your ear canal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is obvious that the ear plug is not SEALING your ear canal and blocking out like it should. Dawn, here's how to block ALL the sound.!!!!!! Just before insertion, take (( ONE )) ear plug at a time and (work or knead) it between your fingers or hands for AT LEAST15 seconds to make the Beeswax ear plug (soft and mouldable). Then push and flatten it ( a bit more firmly) IN and AGAINST your ear opening, UNTIL YOU FEEL the ear plug (( SEAL )) your ear canal. If it doesn't seal immediately, then just keep your finger pressed against the ear plug for a few more seconds and it will SEAL PERFECTLY Now take the other ear plug and prepare it and insert it (exactly) the same way as the first ear plug. Dear Phillip: THEY WILL FIT ((( PERFECTLY )))>>> READ ON!!! IMPORTANT!!! Just before insertion, take ONE ear plug at a time and (work or knead) it between your fingers or hands for 15 seconds to make it soft and mouldable. Then push and flatten it IN and AGAINST your ear opening UNTIL YOU FEEL THE EAR PLUG SEAL your ear canal. Phillip, VERY IMPORTANT::>>>please allow our (soft and mouldable) ear plug to ((( SEAL ))) your ear canal !!!!!!!!! When (( SEALED )), the fit is then the best for blocking our sound or sealing out water. Now take the other ear plug and prepare it and insert it (exactly) the same way as the first ear plug. Only then will our ultra-high blocking ear plugs BLOCK OUT SUPERBLY. Now listen to the SILENCE. Phillip, your success is important to us. Dear Patricia: THEY WILL WORK (( PERFECTLY )) !!!! when they inserted to where they SEAL the ear canals. Please follow these instruction below and you will be pleasantly shocked: 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it soft, mouldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly “tacky” so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. When the ear plug is soft and mouldable and ready to insert, it doesn't matter what shape it is; round, flat , long or narrow; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push FIRMLY & FLATTEN the ear plug IN and AGAINST your ear canal ( UNTIL YOU FEEL A (( GOOD SEAL! )) If it doesn't seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will SEAL well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals, you'll hear only SILENCE 4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out. Now Patricia, please write us again after inserting our ear plug like I described above. Dear Margaret: You have not only the MOST COMFORTABLE ear Plug ever made; but the MOST EFFECTIVE ear plug as well!!! Our ear plug is either TOO LARGE for your ear canal or you didn't KNEAD it before inserting. Margaret: Please Note>>>>>It's made from Beeswax; and (( just prior to insertion )), you must (work or knead) the ear plugs, one at a time, between your fingers or hands for 15 seconds, to make the ear plug SOFT & MOULDABLE!!! SECONDLY, if you found it "uncomfortable", then it may be "too large" for your ear canal and you need to pinch off a small amount and insert a smaller size. THIRDLY: When you insert the ear plug, be sure to PUSH and FLATTEN it (( IN and AGAINST )) your ear opening UNTIL YOU FEEL THE EAR PLUG ((( SEAL ))) your ear canal. Then listen to nothing but SILENCE !!!!!!!!!!!
