3 weeks hold for 12$ checkpoint in offer. It's a joke.
Response from EarnopolisAug 16, 2026
Hi Marcin, Our progressive leveling system greatly reduces any wait time for large offers. As a site without ID verification, this is one way we help protect our users and keep rates high. Additionally, all this information is available before you even complete anything. Regards, Earnopolis

Owner blocks people who don't know anything about their GPT website. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! Overall the worst experience I have ever had and that's coming from someone who enjoys GPT websites.
Response from EarnopolisAug 11, 2026
Hi Kirk, Can you provide more details about your response? You've earned about $10 on Earnopolis but we don't see any tickets or Discord chat from your account. If there's something we can help with let us know. Regards, Earnopolis
RD R.
Very bad I just created my account in 2days I earned 5$ and when redeem it they disabled my account absolutely disgusting!
Response from EarnopolisAug 5, 2026
Hi RD, Your profile gives away why your account was disabled. The country you're from, Bangladesh, is blocked from accessing our website. In order to access our website you must have used a VPN or proxy or other means to alter your location, which is against our Terms of Service. Regards, The Earnopolis Team

Opened acct, completed a few offers, attempted to redeem and they are refusing to pay me for two weeks... Terrible GPT site with terrible customer service
Response from EarnopolisJul 28, 2026
Hi Amber, Our security system flagged something on your account and we're taking a moment to review it. No point did we say we're refusing to pay you for two weeks, and we're sorry you came to those conclusions. We'd much rather work through issues with our members directly without being threatened by negative reviews. To be clear, we will not change our decision or process due to the fact you left a one-star review. Regards, The Earnopolis Team

Real review!! This site suck i was completing a offer one prime earn as soon as i got $5 on the offer it immediately ask me for phone verification, so I type my number in went back to check it says I'm completely banned from it forever. Then I tried cashing out my earning i got a immediate charge back and all my money was taken and I spent money on the game. Now I gotta dispute every charge I swear this why I'm starting to hate gpt sites for these fraudulent accusations.
Response from EarnopolisJul 28, 2026
Hi Marcus, We responded to your ticket directly on our website, letting you know we're here to assist you. Unfortunately, it seems like you went ahead and left a one-star review instead. Today we reached out to Prime to ask them what happened. The truth is you're marked as fraudulent on their system, so no matter which site you go to, you're going to continue to get flagged and blocked. We wish you the best.

"Your account has been permanently disabled for violating our Terms of Service. This decision is final and cannot be appealed." No explanations, no way to appeal. Post edit after Earnopolis reply: The response showed that the reason given for the block was clearly unfounded. It was likely caused by a false positive from the anti-fraud system. However, after providing an explanation, Earnopolis support refused to look into the matter or even respond.
Response from EarnopolisJun 30, 2026
Hi Anatoliy, There are some findings that are so a egregious we don't allow an appeal. Multiple active accounts is one of them. Earnopolis and our offerwall partners both saw the same device completing offers under multiple accounts. That breaks the Terms of Service every member agrees to when they join, and it is why your account was disabled. UPDATE: The reason for your ban was not unfounded. You created multiple accounts, completed offers those accounts, and cashed out on multiple accounts. That's not allowed, period. When approached, the reason was "my cousins and I all purchased the same phone it was a good deal". We've heard a good amount of my brother / my roommate / my dog stories, but this is one of our favorites. Regards, The Earnopolis Team

if this issue is related to the Zombie Waves game tasks, here is what happened: I completed the level 20 reach task before my account was verified, and I completed the level 25 task after the account verification. Today, Torox accepted both tasks together. and i got banned have been blocked from messaging support, so I can't even ask why
Response from EarnopolisJun 9, 2026
Hi Evelyn, You were banned for creating and using multiple accounts, completing overlapping offers, and redeeming across those multiple accounts. This was not due to Zombie Waves. The Earnopolis Team

this is very small businesses
Response from EarnopolisAug 17, 2026
Hello, Yes, we are a small business. We have noted that you've created at least a dozen accounts on our website and we have continued to ban them. You also appear to be from a country that is blocked from accessing our website. Regards, Earnopolis
