I need help. It’s not as easy as that avatar started to say at the very beginning. I’m not great with phones. I just need someone to be able to help me a little bit. I paid $47 for the program and I think I paid that twice accidentally and I also I paid the extra $97 on top for all of the products. Can somebody please help me? Got the 5.3TB, was in China, and they managed to get it shipped to me 2nd January, just a couple days after I ordered them, which was pretty impressive considering it was a bank holiday at that time. The quality is the same as mentioned in their discord and Reddit page, quality’s as expected and pretty happy with my purchase. Thanks

Can’t name one bad thing about this company. Great customer service every time. Very helpful and they’ll answer any questions you have. Definitely recommend. Also surprisingly super high quality headphones so the delivery wait is definitely worth it!

Great customer service, fast delivery. One headphone didn't work after almost a year and I got sent a replacement instantly.

Earbud arrived damaged. notified company of issue and was offered replacement earbud. Had to chase to get confirmation of replacement being sent a few weeks later. Will update once have a working product
