Scam scam scam.

Scam. They mimic the official website, but they charge very high service fees that are not displayed and not mentioned anywhere when you make the payment. WHY does Google sponsor this - knowing this?

A member of our team needed a Canadian eTA. The official one costs $7 CAD on canada.ca and takes five minutes to fill in. Canada ETA Support charged the $7 at checkout. Then, after payment, they hit us with a separate $130 USD “service charge”. For nothing. Same form, same five minutes. Zero added value. They claim they’re transparent about fees. Rubbish. The real cost is buried halfway down the page, and the $130 only appears after you’ve paid. That’s not a pricing model, it’s a trap. They target people in a rush to travel and bank on them not reading the fine print. This is a predatory business and it has no place taking people’s money. We’re reporting them. Do not use this site. Go to canada.ca, pay $7, done.

just like "everyone"else, i also fell through with £100 instead of £4!

I am extremely angry that I ended up paying about €100 more than I needed to for my eta visa. I dont recall seeing any clear and obvious statement upfront on their public facing website pages that would alert unsuspecting users to the fact that they are not the official Canadian Govt website but rather are a private fee based service charging hugely inflated fees to unsuspecting travellers. This is most unfair especially for more senior and not very frequent travellers who would not be very clued-in to such sharp practice. It's expensive enough to travel without being duped into paying exorbitant and unnecessary extra fees. The official eta application site and form filling process is not that complicated at all and I cannot see what "value" this service brought to the process to justify such an excessive fee. It is well within anyones capabilities to fill in the forms and complete the application process themselves. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SITE.
