EmailMarketing.comReviews of e-mailmarketing.com

I've worked with Troy and his team on and off over the past five years, specifically for email deliverability support, and they've consistently been fantastic to work with. They're incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and true experts when it comes to email deliverability. Whether you're dealing with inbox placement issues, landing in the Promotions tab, recovering from spam folder problems, or looking to build a long-term deliverability strategy, they have the expertise and tools to help. They take the time to understand what's happening, explain it in a way that's easy to understand, and provide practical solutions that make a real difference. If you're looking for a trusted partner to help improve your email deliverability and overall email performance, I highly recommend Troy and his team.

Jan and team have been amazing. Since we started using their software our revenue has increased over 40% and our emails are all landing in inbox. Their continued support has been top notch as well. always helping us if we need any assistance

Amazing experience. Have gone from ~24% opens up to ~40% average on my list, and am consistently going to primary instead of promotions. Been great.

Honest hardworking team that simply got the job done as far as my email delivery.

They do exactly what they claim. And they do it to perfection!

I was referred to EmailDFY via Cole Gordon's coaching program. I had never before run email marketing - they made the set up and automation of the process incredibly easy including cleaning my email list for optimal delivery. I consistently got positive feedback about our emails, while having near zero involvement which was very important to me at the time because I had no bandwidth to do it myself. Highly recommend.

I’ve seen a lot in this space, and what stands out to me about Troy and his team isn’t just the results people talk about, it’s how they think and how they approach their work. There’s a level of care and intention behind what they do that you don’t come across very often. It’s not about quick wins or surface-level fixes. They take the time to really understand what’s going on underneath the numbers, and they approach it in a way that’s thoughtful, strategic, and built to last. That alone sets them apart. But what really stuck with me is that you can feel how much they actually care. Not just about doing the job, but about getting it right. About the outcome. About the people they’re working with. In a space where a lot of people are chasing shortcuts or overpromising results, that kind of integrity matters. It shows in how they communicate, how they think through problems, and how they show up consistently. There’s a depth to their work that’s hard to explain unless you’ve seen it up close, but once you do, it’s very clear you’re dealing with a team that takes this seriously. That combination of thoughtfulness, skill, and genuine care is rare. And it’s exactly why they’re getting the kind of results people are talking about.

Troy is the best in the world at what he does. I've been working with him for over four years now, and every investment I've made in his expertise has resulted in a HUGE ROI for me and my company. Troy is the real deal, and you WILL benefit greatly from working with him.
