I never received my products that I…
I never received my products that I bought. I have tried getting in touch with customerservice by phone and e-mail, but it is impossible to get an answer. My advice: Do never shop at E Hallmark.

bought the "black out" blinds
bought the "black out" blinds. they are cheap, flimsy and will not stay in place and they are NOT black out blinds. Cust Serv is trying to tell me how to fix the problem instead of returning my money like I have asked for 3 times. Buyer beware - I do not recommend!!

I wouldn’t bother
Took ages to receive order and then the quality was extremely poor. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired - don’t want to accept returns and are quite rude. Save your money. Shop somewhere else

Bestellvorgang einfach, Kommunikation sehr schwer
Der Bestellvorgang war einfach, ebenso die Bezahlung. Die bestellte Ware ist im erwarteten Zustand und funktioniert. Die Lieferung hat ewig gedauert (3 Wochen). Ich erhielt schon vor Ankunft der Ware 2 mal eine Aufforderung zur Bewertung. Die Kommunikation ist sher schlecht. Auf die Mails kann nicht geantwortet werden. Die angegebene Mailadresse hat meine Sendungen nicht angenommen!
