I have been doing surveys on two Dynata owned sites: E-Rewards & Valued Opinions. I have used these sites for several years and they have always been very good. When I have claimed rewards they have been very quick to send them. But now they expect me to use the highly suspicious Veriff to redeem my reward points. Why? I don't have to use that much security to access my bank account! Veriff insists that I allow them to photograph my government issued ID and take a photo of me - apart from being totally uncomfortable with providing that kind of information I do not have any kind of photo ID so I can't do that anyway, so now I can not redeem my rewards! I have seen a lot of complaints on here for these Dynata survey sites all saying pretty much the same thing, so Dynata are destroying their own business. I strongly advise them to ditch Veriff right away or they will have no business left.

Dynata has been my survey taking site for over 8 years. They just recently requested a 1099 form for value of redeemed items. I contend that since it takes 3 points to earn 1 point and there is no cash or check endorsed by you that the gift cards (their definition) are in fact only coupons which can only be used at individual companies and not subject to taxation. They now no longer will let me redeem rewards unless I give all my personal info to Veriff which is an AI certification company located in Estonia. I now advise that you steer clear of this company that appears to be committing fraud by requiring you to forward personal sensitive info to a suspected scam company or they will delete your account regardless of your current status or earned rewards. It is almost like stealing. Edit: Dynata has removed the Veriff process and allowed me to redeem my coupon rewards and I appreciate their decisions.

Hi i want to ask is that correct that when i wanted redeemed first 100 points they ask me for my passport or driver's license back and forward? In canada even police tell everyone that except government officials nobody has no right to ask u for private information, how i can trust them to give d.l and after while not be in bank's loan list. ?

Tired of Dynata lowering down coins way to the lowest on GPT sites up to 40 coins per survey for respondents is a joke, & this isn’t worths anyone’s time. Bring back 85 coins everything was fine back then, Dynata is the most greediest company & not paying high enough

I have finished multiple surveys on rex.dynata.com and every single one of those surveys took me right to the end of the survey, but when I clicked submit it said "Sorry, there are no more surveys available right now. Please try again later." Absolute scam, don't waste your time completing these surveys.

As with everyone else these dogs will get you to the end then say you aren't in the right survey group. Would give them 0 stars if possible. Scum bags

These people own Branded Surveys and they need to do something about this c**p site There are far too many technical errors on the site and I’m sick to death of wasting my time doing a survey to be faced with a technical error at the end They haven’t even the courtesy to add a survey found in your favour to the elite program for extra points Swagbucks do this and they don’t have technical errors on their site Don’t waste your time with this survey site There are better ones out there
