Can’t leave enough stars for these criminals. No way to get off their list. Can’t even block them because they just keep calling from different numbers. I wish all of them a long prison sentence. Rot in hell.

They have called me from 8 different numbers in 3 days. I have blocked all 8;numbers. I have called their do not call phone number 3 times and asked to be removed from their calling list but they continue to call me. If I receive 1 more phone call from them, I am going to go on the do not call list for the government and report them.

I completed an Ark7 offer through Opinion Terminal and the offer was tracked, but the reward has still not been credited. I followed Opinion Terminal’s support process and submitted the requested escalation/claim information, but I have not received a meaningful resolution. Instead, I have been left waiting with no clear explanation of what is missing, whether the claim is actually being investigated, or when I can expect a decision. For a platform that encourages customers to spend money or open financial accounts based on advertised rewards, there needs to be a reliable process for honoring those offers and resolving missing rewards. At this point, I completed my side of the promotion and am still waiting for Dynata/Opinion Terminal to honor theirs.
