DynastymattressReviews of dynastymattress.com

Placed an order with Dynasty Mattress then a few days later order canceled. Placed another order with no response from the company. Called the company several times and sent messages but again no response. I think this company is not legit and I would not recommend buying anything from them.

First, they charge my credit card. Then, they want me to install some app for tracking. 3 days later, still no info. Not even tracking number nor an email to confirm my order.Or when to expect it not a word. No response from email. When you try to call the phone number, you just get a busy signal constantly or a message.Saying, customer service cannot help you right now. So basically they took six hundred dollars, and i'm supposed to just sit here and hope I get a mattress. I don't think so.Instantly disputed it with my credit card company. I strongly strongly strongly urge anyone who is considering using this website.Do not. I would definitely try and buy one through a third party seller that you trust. If you look it up, they have been reported to the better business bureau for non customers service response as well as not honoring warranties.

I ordered a replacement cover for our 2 year old dynasty Mattress. We broke the zipper while moving it into our new RV, Dynasty cancelled my order with no explanation. I emailed them with no response and tried calling them several times over a 2 day period. They don't answer the phone. Extremely poor / non-existent customer service

I have been sleeping on my Dynasty Mattress for about 3 months now and I can say it's been the best sleep of my life. No joke. This mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. I wake up feeling more rested than ever and it really helps me take on the day with more energy.

Ordered May 24th 2024 $2208 bedframe. My credit card was charged immediately. Website said shipping generally 1-3 days could take 1-2 weeks. 3 weeks later I received 2nd email response to dozens sent. First email said materials to be received June 1st with ship date within about 10 days. Second email a few days later said ship date ETA OCTOBER. I was offered a refund and now again, they are none responsive. They don't answer chat or phone AT ALL and emails ... don't hold your breath.

The adjustable mattress I got from this store has transformed my sleep experience. The customizable positions and massage feature are a dream.

I purchased Queen size mattress from Dynasty and my experience was nothing but positive. The website was easy to navigate and it helped me to choose the right firmness and the size that meets my needs. Customer service through the chat on website was also helpful! My sleep has gotten better than ever and I’m glad I made this choice to purchase their mattress!
