As all products are manufactured at the time of the request, overnight delivery is not an option for any clinic or pharmacy. If expedited processing is requested, the pharmacy can only expedite the shipping portion and not the medication manufacturing process itself. This is consistent with all clinics, not just Dynamis. We are showing that you received your first shipment within 4 days and your final shipment within 7 days. These timeframes are both consistent with our 5-7 business day guarantee.
