The software and customer service provided by DynaFile is excellent. We have had no technical issues and they are very quick to respond to any questions our staff may have.

I reviewed many many companies before deciding on Dynafile. What clinched the decision for our organization was the user friendly platform. We have been with Dynafile for 2 years and have never looked back. I would never use anyone else. If you do not consider Dynafile before choosing a platform you will be doing yourself a terrible disservice.

Since our implementation of Dynafile, in conjunction with an electronic signature software, we've gone 90% paperless in our Human Resources office and are on the way there with the rest of our 3000 person organization. After reviewing several options to go electronic with our storage, Dynafile met our needs hands down with the option to sort in a variety of ways rather than filing things into one folder and having to drill down to that folder each time you want the item (as we found with major competitors and our own network). The service has been more than outstanding with replies to our concerns (while few and far between) immediately and satisfactorily. The integration with our other systems has streamlined many of processes to now function in half the time or less. We love Dynafile and are happy to recommend this product to anyone with confidence.

The best part is it helps eliminate new hire paperwork making it a better onboarding experience for the user and your office. Very cost effective and reliable customer support when needed. Dynafile is great and easy to us! We can quickly upload documents into personnel files any time, any where. Files always stay current even when we are traveling. The support team at Dynafile has been amazing! This team, especially our rep Lyndsay, really goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. They are very accommodating to our HR team. They not only make themselves available in their busy schedules, but they are always looking at the best options/practices for our team.
