I really don't like admitting when i screwed up these guy took my money never did what they said they would worst mistake ive ever made i have a 777 credit score and they did nothing every time i asked for a refund they would just dance around the issue

Horrible experience... DO NOT use them!!! you can do it by yourself all they do is tell you who to call give you a word document and then you are by yourself in front of the bank. They don't have special relationship that gives you a competitive edge. If you are thinking of paying them or do it by yourself just go for it. Call the bank or go in person and you will get the same result. They are just a small middle man and even that they can't do a good job
