Went to the shop in Atlantis and the workers were so rude!! They never told us there is no room charge (it’s a resort!!) and waited until our kids touched a box. TOUCHED A BOX. Then said “by the way it’s $35 per box and once you touch, you have to buy.” Then when we said room charge (after arguing that it was deceptive and unfair) they said no room charge. We searched every inch of that place to see if there was ANY SIGNAGE at all stating no room charge and there wasn’t. We did warn people coming in after us, so they all left. Deceptive and rude workers. It’s definitely a scam set up. Hope the franchise is ashamed of this shop. I disputed with the credit card.

Our Christmas order was never sent, which meant that many families did not receive a gift from us. Our order was made in November with confirmation that it was received. There was no notification of a fulfillment problem to allow me to find a replacement after that. They just never sent the gifts. In January they finally sent a notification that they were crediting my account for the entire order! When I tried to contact Customer Service, I could only get a message. I finally left my information so they could call me back, but they haven’t responded. There are so many great candy companies that value their clients. This is not one of them. They don’t deserve your business.
