Her site "The Ultimate ETSY Course" is a scam. She tries to sell one year of her website & coaching access for $12,000! I asked during the sales call if they tell us what products to sell in our store and she said yes. When I joined (for $5,000) I found out the truth; you get access to hundred of hours of videos where they tell you to go do the research yourself. They don't tell you what to sell! And the 1:1 coaching is a lie. You get assigned to 3-4 coaches and you can only communicate via messaging, no live calls with the coaches. And most interesting is the contract they make you sign before you pay for the course which says you can't sue her for any reason. That right there is proof she's a scam. Save your money and don't buy into this. You can get all the same info on the internet for free!

Everything was going great until I asked for more time
I had an uncomfortable experience with the initial 1:1 intake call with Adam. I was genuinely looking for help with my shop and was really ready to invest in it. When I was quoted $10,000, I felt that the financially critical thing to do next was to: 1. Ask for the written contract to review in depth and 2. Ask for a few hours to consider the cost and reflect on the pros/cons of the investment before jumping in. At that, what had been a positive and mutually respectful phone call turned into a very negative experience. Adam said if I didn’t book right then on the call, the price would go up to $12,000 (even if I waited just a few hours). When I said I’d also like to discuss with my husband, he pointed out that they had requested “all financial decision makers” be on the call. He does not make financial decisions for me, however, he’s my voice of reason. Adam asked me to call him right then and there. He tried getting me to read the contract right there while on the phone with him, too. I was really ready to invest, however, after this, it did not appear that my values align well with those of the company, so I will respectfully decline. I hope that other people who may not be as strong willed as I am are not preyed upon or pressured into a quick decision.

ETSY SELLERS BE AWARE BEFORE SIGNING
Please be aware before you sign anything with this course. First of all, they force you to sign immediately without even giving you the time to think or read the contract before signing, it's $10K a year!!! BIG RED FLAG DO NOT DO IT. They have an amazing sales pitch making you believe it will be 1-on-1 high premium coaching, and it is absolutely not. The classes are very very VERY basic, you can get the same knowledge for free on multiple YouTube channels including Dylan Jahraus channel. The teachers are the same level as any seller online. When they do the first review of your store, I'm sorry but "this is your about section" NOOOO SERIOUSLYYYY I didn't know. Live classes are usually super basic as well, they give you advices that aren't good, they try to sell you 1-on-1 coaching while it's supposed to be included at $300 per 30 minutes, they sell your their $600 per year EtSEO platform to the point that you just sign because you don't want to hear about it anymore. Most of her live classes are in fact to sell you something instead of giving you knowledge about what you should do. They sell you seasonal packages, Etseo platform, private coaching, etc. NONSTOP like $10K isn't enough you know.... PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM AND KEEP YOUR MONEY

Predatory & misrepresents the support offered until you already lock in for thousands of $
They misrepresent the support & just want to take as much of people's money as they can even when people cry to them about their desperation and lack of additional funds. They are very predatory & if you do not have an already successful Etsy store that you're just trying to improve or grow, it's a waste of money.

I wanted to share my personal…
I wanted to share my personal experience in case it helps someone else before making the same decision I did.
I invested about **$5,000** in this program because I truly believed it would help me build a better future. As a **single mom**, that was a huge financial commitment, and unfortunately it left me in debt.
One thing that really influenced my decision was the high-pressure sales tactic. I was told that if I didn't sign up that day, the special price or deal would no longer be available. Looking back, I wish I had taken more time to think it through instead of feeling pressured to make such a large financial decision on the spot.
My experience was very different from what I had hoped. I found the support to be minimal, and there wasn't an option to speak with someone over the phone when I needed help. Most communication and support was handled online, which wasn't enough for me.
I'm not telling anyone what to do. I just encourage you to do your research, ask lots of questions, and make sure you fully understand what kind of support you'll actually receive before investing thousands of dollars.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Predatory business
Predatory business! I signed up for a call after seeing an ad on Instagram. The call was free so I figured what do I have to lose. I felt that I was in an MLM pitch. It was the same predatory sales tactics. She went on and on giving out insane Etsy sales numbers for her clients and saying that she retired her husband but of course would not give info as to the Etsy stores she claimed were making so much money. She kept trying to pressure to schedule another free call and said that a financial decision maker should be on the call and that we have to be ready to make a change...blah blah blah. What a phoney taking advantage of people. Google her and you will see the scam. Ignore the highly placed blog posts raving about her that she paid placement for.

Be Careful!
I enrolled in the “Ultimate Etsy Course” by Dylan Jahraus after seeing her content and advertisements online. Before joining, I think it’s important for potential students to be aware of my experience.
Firstly, be prepared for very intense sales tactics from her team. The marketing gives the impression that you will be speaking directly with Dylan, but in reality, you never do — all communication is handled by members of her team.
The initial call felt extremely high-pressure. When I explained I wanted time to consider the investment, I was challenged repeatedly — not once or twice, but numerous times — to the point where I had to firmly say no. It did not feel like a supportive consultation; it felt like a hard sales push.
After some consideration, I decided to join — and for me, that turned out to be a mistake.
The onboarding process was confusing and could definitely be improved. Given the high price point, I expected a smoother and more premium experience. There is no 1-to-1 support included as standard; everything is delivered in group settings, which can feel frustrating when you need specific guidance for your own shop.
The upselling within the course is excessive. It often feels like you are being sold to again after already making a significant investment. For example, 1-to-1 coaching is offered at approximately £300+ for 30 minutes with a coach — a fee that, in my opinion, is extremely high. It left me questioning how those prices are calculated and whether they represent fair value.
Toward the end of my time in the programme, I was invited onto another call — and once again, it turned into a hard sales pitch. I was encouraged to commit to spending £1,000 or more per month to continue working with them. At that point, it felt completely unreasonable. If that’s not excessive, I’m not sure what is. My advice would be to be very cautious with these calls and be prepared for further sales pressure.
There is also a strong emphasis during the sales process that results will be “great” once you sign up. However, my experience did not match those expectations. I personally feel the course is oversold compared to the reality of what is delivered.
When Dylan does appear on calls, the format is typically rapid-fire responses to pre-submitted questions in a spreadsheet. There is no live interaction or opportunity to ask follow-up questions, which limits the value of her presence.
For me, the overall experience did not justify the cost. I would advise anyone considering this course to research carefully, ask detailed questions about what is actually included, and be mindful of the additional upsells and ongoing coaching fees.
This is, of course, my personal experience — but I hope it helps others make a fully informed decision before committing to such a significant investment.
