Their sales guy who just calls himself JR has been spamming me sales emails for many many months. I have repeatedly told him to stop emailing me but he just keeps it up. And the emails have no direct way to opt-out. A complete violation of can-spam laws. Never do business with a company who refuses to respect your privacy and communication requests on the front end. You can be assured they will have no respect for your business data on the back end.

I opened my agency with only my wife and myself handling everything ourselves. We grew to 6 agents in a year and a half using their system mostly. I found switching from our previous provider, training our staff and using their features (dialer, texting, etc) to be very easy. Customer service reps are top-notch. Service is reliable. All of their services are under one price (so they didn't nickel and dime me with hidden charges). Does what it says and then some. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
