When going onto their site to redirect a delivery, you can’t actually do so. As you can’t type in an address (like next door) as it keeps asking for an email or phone number. Then you go onto their laughable chat assistant.. and wait.., and wait… and wait, no answers after 15 mins.. totally useless

Only getting 1 star as there is no ability to give zero. Shocking delivery experience , Updates completely useless, no ability to contact anyone to resolve. How these people have a license to transport live animals is beyond me. As these are live fish i tracked the delivery progress multiple times. 11.30 said they were 4 miles way. 12.30 updated to out for delivery on van. 1.30 delivered and received. Tracking history says delivered at 10am. Absolutely no clue to whats gone on. No one to contact to resolve as number disconnects most likely result two dead fish. They really should not have a license to transport animals as utterly incompetent

First order - (£35) delivery - is still showing received in depot - not moved since - chat function referred to dxlogistics and auto closed. Email - we Are looking into it…. Every email since ignored. Company have had to send again overnight surprisingly using same courier - let’s see what happens 2nd time round Company I bought from state “We are having a few issues with deliveries due to the amount of shipments DX are receiving, there are unfortunately delays occurring throughout their whole network.”

Rubbish service - tracking information is useless gives not indication of status or delivery date. Just go through to a bot who is just as useless. Garbage

Their drivers are rude and irresponsible. We live in a building, and the driver did not wait 3 minutes for us to use the elevator and go downstairs. When I called him and asked him why he didn’t wait and explained that we were waiting for the elevator, he said there was no parking space and he would get a ticket, whereas we have deliveries every day and there is a dedicated space for deliveries to stop, and when I explained this he called me “stupid woman” and said“I talk too much” and that he doesn’t have time to talk with me and “I don’t get it” and hung up on me.

AWFUL!!! They delivered someone else’s Parcel to use to 45 minutes to explain to about 4 people on the phone. Said they would come collect and didn’t. Called back and got hung up on. Luckily I contacted the company that was in the box to sort out as DX don’t care at all.

This company looks to be part of dx deliveries and Hatton logistics. Terrible customer service because there is none. The design around phone and online contact service is to have the end point customer chasing their tail for the item that was supposed to have been delivered at their own cost. Who keeps a customer ringing for one hour? Who has online chat using AI that has one design to circle you back to the tracking page that you have just accessed. Outrageous blatant misinformation as to when delivery will be made. It is a grave concern that this company appears to be using 4 star reviews on other parts of its website describing itself as 4 star service as dx deliveries but has one star rating as dx logistics on trust pilot, they both come under the hatton umbrella so it appears to be misleading especially to business customers who are greeted with 4 stars. My advice is to avoid this company if you value your customers.

Disgusting customer service, basically non-existent. I needed my passport to be delivered on the day the message showed. In the message it said from 2 to 3 pm, while in the automated call it said they attempted to deliver at 10 am. They didn't call to my number, I live in a building/flat complex with no internal intercoms, how am I supposed to know if someone is knocking outside? Or should I stay at the door for hours in case they come? The window they provide is not even accurate since the messsage and the automated call say different times. I tried calling to any number and after wasting so much time in automated loops and getting hanged up, I managed to speak to someone for like 2 seconds and they didn't even let me speak and redirected me automatically again to the automated loop. What a disgrace of a service. It's the worst experience I've had with any delivery or courier service in my life.
