Thank you for the opportunity to provide dumpster service on your project. We charge a flat rate for the dumpster service. The only opportunity for additional charges is if the dumpster is picked up and is over weight. Thank you for the service and chance to be your dumpster provider moving forward.

If you had zero stars that is what I would have given. Awful experience with even worse consumer service. Poor excuse for a dumpster service company. Go out of business already and let the real professionals (your competitors) do you job please.

Dumpster Xpress was the worst dumpster company to deal with. Not only did they lie about costs, they lie about weight so they can charge more. I had two dumpster companies on my project and the other dumpster company was not filled any different then Dumpster Xpress. I do not recommend Dumpster Xpress to anybody.

We charge the contract price. The only fee is if the dumpster is returned with additional weight in it. Thank you for the opportunity to service your dumpster needs on this job. We look forward to earning your business moving forward.

Kept in constant contact. Had my dumpster 1 week. Neatly filled being careful not to exceed. Took precautions. Got stung a month later with a $89 charge. Not recommending because there's no way for you to control the tonnage. There are companies that understand this and won't over charge

Unfortunately, it is very difficult to determine how much a load weighs until we drive it to a landfill. If there is over tonnage the customer is responsible. However, we provide a landfill ticket that clearly shows the weight of the dumpster. Thank you for the opportunity to address this question. We look forward to working with you in the near future.
