An Absolute NO! NO! They're a nightmare to deal with. Terrible and worst for any coverage...eventually had to deal with the issues myself with money i didn't plan to touch.

By far the WORST insurance company to deal with! Case managers/agents are utterly USELESS and ignore emails for WEEKS! They purposely reject extremely valid Work Cover claims just because they can! They are not there to support you. Most disgusting company out there! I wish I could leave 0 stars, or less if possible, as 1 is too generous! NO wonder they have a 1.5 star rating! Shows how terrible this company is! Let's take class action against them!

They are by far the worst workcover insurance company i have dealt with. My claim started with them when they were called xchanging ( 10 years ago). Now back with them for some unknown reason. They do nothing but give you stress, dont approve any medical treatments until they are satisfied you need them, even if your dr does a referral. I have crushed foot and they expect me to use 1 orthopedic set of boots and insole for a year while getting back to work. If you are stuck with these people god help you!!! The worst in the business!!!!!!

Who wants to start class action against this company as enough is enough of the neglect, ignoring of legal system and medical professionals reports? Worksafe Vic does nothing, ombudsman, other governing offices turn blind eye. Like the comment and we all can try start a page to support eachother!

Incompetant and useless when it comes to paying invoices and paying the wrong suppliers . Worse company ever . Staff are useless.

Gossip and politics matter more than actual work here. A lot of politics and overall not a friendly environment.

They are not there to help and support you during difficult times. Staff tried to avoid replying and attending the calls, emails. They are just there to try any way to prove that all other medical professionals are wrong only their practice doctor is right. We shall stand together to report about this unprofessionalism and explain what they trying to do. How they trying their best to make give up. The company itself is situated there for name sake.

Not sure with do many bad reviews, they have been nothing but amazing to me , made my claim my life easier great people every time i deal with .
