We had an exceptional experience with DWG. As new homeowners, we’re tackling little projects, one at a time, and a recent one was figuring out why the icemaker wasn’t working in our freezer (since we moved in). We had another company come by, they did not check that water was coming into the freezer, and assumed it was an Issue with pipes, tore down insulation and quoted us $1500. DWG came the following week, did a proper full diagnostic review, realized it was an issue with an icemaker part not being fully connected, and fixed on the spot! DWG will no doubt be our go-to for appliance repairs moving forward!
