Dear Lillia, We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The loafer is big toe design, it suit wide feet. According to our website's return policy, customers choosing international returns are responsible for paying their own international return processing fees. The $28 USD returns processing fee (Includes warehousing fees, shipping costs to China, import duties, etc.) Shoes are very special products, They have many colors, sizes and styles. And foot is different from each other. We hope customers choose the style and size carefully. If not, we will have so many returns and exchanges which will defeat us. We are a shoes studio from China specializing in handmade leather shoes for women. Making shoes is a very hard work and the profit of handmade shoes is very small. And choosing the right shoe size is also not an easy task for customers. We have already covered the shipping cost for the delivery of the shoes. We are free shipping for exchange size too. For the long-term development of the studio and the website, the return and exchange policy we have formulated clarifies that Customers pay return shipping cost as a result of their own error (ex: wrong size, do not like). We will refund any return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. https://dwarvesshoes.com/pages/free-shipping-and-return-policies We will always research and work hard to improve our return and exchange service, with the development of international logistics and the growth of our studio business, we believe that one day our return and exchange will be more convenient! Hope to get your understanding. Best Dwarves

Hello Jacalyn, Really sorry for the long time to receive the shoes. Your boots were made after we received your order, so It took about 7-10 days to make them. "Within 7 days of receipt", It is because we want to keep the return shoes in good condition and remind customers to ship back, If our customers have difficulties in ship back within 7 days, they can email us, we will extend the days for them. We offer economical channels to ship back, Please do not use UPS. Just usps is ok for us, normally need about $28 costs. Best Dwarves
