Identity Theft and Credit Card Shell Game
Bought my wife a birthday gift. Paid around $1650 for a necklace. It has been over 20 days since they processed and posted payment on my credit card, and while they can send me repeated videos of 'my necklace' they will not provide me a tracking number. This after sending me 12 different emails, one of which was a request to confirm my date of birth....? Avoid these people. Something is up. Dvik is either a credit card shell game, a fake/false product scam or an identity theft information ring. Which normal 'jeweller' has time to email customers 12 different ways to Sunday, send you multiple pictures and videos of 'your necklace'......but after 20 days since purchase, still cannot put the necklace in a box and call UPS?

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're really sorry to know you did not have a positive experience with us throughout your purchase. However, we'd like to clarify few points you've raised. Firstly, we ship each and every order only after receiving the final product's video/images confirmation from our client's along with their Shipping Address. In your case, we unfortunately did not receive a proper confirmation from your side regarding the video and your proper shipping address. For this reason we did not ship your necklace as we too know it was an expensive piece and would have ruined your surprise for your wife if shipped to an incorrect address. And as for the birth date, we provide special offers & discounts to our customers on their birthdays which was the only motive of ours for asking you the same, but we do truly apologize if it felt you as some sort of a scam. However, your order was placed on 10th July and was delivered to you on 29th July, which falls under our 30-days policy. If you still have any concerns with your purchase please connect with us on [email protected] and we'll definitely try to give you a fair resolution meeting your expectations.
