The worst online company by far for purchasing DVDs. They send defective merchandise and then when you try and get a working replacement their customer service department is nonexistent. They do respond to your emails and when they finally do, they won't correct a problem. Very customer unfriendly. Do not use this company.

These guys are in the biz of stealing money. They do not ship your movie. If you want to wait for months for your movie to ship, or just have to deal with their crappy support in INDIA then go with them. dvd empire should be called ripoff empire. JUNK

Hi Jim, DVD Empire's customer service team resides in the United States. We have not and do not ever plan to outsource our customer service department. The review you have posted specifically cites a support team in India, which has never been the case. Please contact our customer service department at [email protected] if there is an order issue you feel has not been resolved properly.
