Disgusting customer service by Stephanie she has lied to me about refunding my £100 and now not answering any emails the clothes are rubbish and not worth the money, I wish I had of read the bad reviews before wasting my money

Polo Suit, Poor finishing on sewing on zip collar. Cheaply made. Very Thin see through material. The polo suit Looks nothing like the quality in the Pictures online. Will I buy from here again? NO. Value for money ?NO. Wouldn’t even pay £5 for the polo suit in a store…… never mind paying £40 after being a reduced item. Over priced. Poor quality took Two weeks to arrive. Read the other reviews they repeat exactly what I have experienced buying this product. This is a verified trust pilot member. Goes under mystic hub?

Et fusker firma i kina. Jeg havde desværre bestil 4 T-shirt som var i super dårlig kvalitet og alt for store til mig. Og den eneste måde du kan sende det retur er til Florida i USA hvor det koster 60 dollars at sende til. De har gjort det så besværlig og dyrt at du hænger på det du har købt. Hold jer væk :-(

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Bought three of their T shirts. Arrived - poor quality and way too big. Emailed them and they said return them in their original packaging for a refund. Did so at my own expense (£23) and have heard nothing since despite sending an email to them every week for the last eight weeks! Don’t think I will be seeing my money back grrrrr

One star too much. Ordered items from them confirmed order then found out they added tax. Tried to cancel my order it was ignored. The items finally arrived and they are awful. Not the size I needed. Quality of the products are poor. Had to send back at my own expense and have now been waiting weeks for a refund definitely a scam.

Worst quality of clothing I have ever seen. Nothing like what it on the website. Refund process has take weeks upon weeks and still nothing. SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!
