DUVALReviews of duvalfits.com

This is the worst clothing site I’ve ever been involved with! The material was horrible and the outfit was too small when I tried to return it. The number don’t work. They don’t answer the email to give you instructions on return. This is a scam site and I’ll suggest nobody order from here ever.

I have bad experience with this company. Anyone read this review, please do not order clothes from the company ,poor quality, horrible sevices. Phone numbers they list online not in service. I donot want to rate even 1 star.

2/4/26 I ordered an outfit for Christmas for my son law. And at first I got some emails back, but now it's been since December 17, 2025 and I still haven't heard anything from them. They are a fake company and don't order from them.

Turnschuhe bestellt sofort, abgebucht und nie geliefert. Keine Antwort auf Email 's. Reine Abzocke, versuche es jetzt über Gericht

The quality of the clothing is very cheap. I have attempted to contact customer service to process a return but have had no success. Wasted money!!

Duvall is a scam. The clothing is cheap and runs small. I cannot reach anyone by phone and they will not respond to my message and I spend almost $300.00 for Christmas presents for my husband and sons and only one of the items actually fit. Duvall should be out of Business and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

It seems like a scam , I have written on 4 occasions regarding the return of goods as yet I haven't had any response no I am able to contact them by phone they are not responding to my emails I would strongly recommend for not to use this company I suggest company is dodgy scam avoid any business transaction with this company

This company is a complete scam. They advertise all over the internet. I ordered 2 outfits for my boyfriend for christmas because he really liked the way they looked. It cost $118.00 for 2. I never recieved hte outfits. I received a tracking number which was fake. It took me to a website showing that it was in a warehouse in Thousand Oaks California sitting for 3 weeks. This town is about 10 minutes from my home. there was no way to contact the contact the company. The email was a fake email that bounced back. The phone number is a fake phone number that is out of order. No address for this supposed warehouse. A complete and total rip off. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute and received a refund from my credit card. I am not sure how this company continues to be advertising and not sending orders. I hope that everyone else disputed the charges with their banks and received refunds.
