Nothing was delivered

0 stars If it was possible!! Its over a year now since I ordered a tshirt. They took my money the same day, but no tshirt. I have contacted their (so called) customsupport over 20 times. Only answer I get is a new request -number, and new names every time. No help at all. WARNING!!!!!

Ordered two outfits on February 2nd. 1 week later, no tracking number.. Contacted them on messenger. They said order delayed and that would be shipped a week later. The communications and responses from their agent was very unapologetic and in some cases offensive to me. Last week said items being shipped, this week tracking still shows not shipped. Asked to cancel order, took 3 days to respond saying order is cancelled and that is after another agent told me earlier that the order is now in customs. Asked about when I will get my refund. They could not answer me. I wll never order from them again.

Terrible scam firm I paid $75 never received items don’t respond to messages emails should be locked up avoid this company like the plague

Scam! 😢 [Have given up on getting any shirts..]

Scammers . Took money and never received product . They keep messaging from customer service with new names every time with bull. They have told me product shipped, product delayed , product out of stock , product in transit , product delivered , product back in stock , product shipped , ON and on. Fake transit numbers , DO NOT BUY !!!!!

I haven’t received nothing yet,,,, rating 0

What can I say. Item sent but was literally falling to pieces when it arrived. I tried to return and after 6 emails I was asked for photos. The next response came 5 days later when a refund was promised. Needless to say, it didn’t arrive. They are now no longer responding again. Stay well away. They state they are American but are actually Chinese. A fraudulent company that should not be allowed to trade
