Rücksendemöglichkeiten gibt es nicht. Reaktion auf Mails ebenso nicht. Man fühlt sich einfach nur verarscht

I ordered and paid for a outfit on 4/13/25 and haven't heard anything from this company. Starting to wonder if I'm gonna receive the outfit I paid for

I ordered a man's walking suit. It was suppose to be dressy. When I received it. The pants looked like jogging suit pants. My man doesn't wear mess like that. I told them I was returning the item and I did but now they will not refund my money. That was on February 2025. I will never buy anything from Duval again. They stole my money and kept the cheap outfit. This started in December 2024. It took 6 weeks before I received my order.

This company is just a bunch of thieves and scammers. If I had known about it before ordering, I wouldn't have ordered from them. But they don't even deserve a single star. This is the worst company I've ever ordered from. They're just a bunch of thieves and nothing more.
