DUVALReviews of duvalfits.com

Zero stars!!! What a nightmare!!! Deceptive product description, wrong sizing, poor quality!!! Bad customer service (tried 7 times, no response). The telephone number they have posted doesn't work... Warning, do not order from this company, a complete scam!!! Wish I saw this site before I placed my order. I'm trying to get a refund and they will no acknowledge my emails... they claim you have 60 days to return, don't believe it! Don't waste your time with this company... the product looks nothing like the picture on their website. I believe they order from Temu and add a Duval zipper... very poor quality!!! Don't do it!! Save yourself the headache! Mike

Made online purchase and after WEEKS finally received it...wrong size (of course) tried to return only to find out there is no way to return, or get return label. When calling the so-called phone number for a week I only get a busy signal..

The items arrived over two weeks past the promised delivery. Now the company will not reply to any return requests. I would not buy from them again.

I ordered a gradiant colored t-shirt with a print on the front. First it took 3 weeks to arrive (from China). Then when it finally arrived it was a very low quality white t-shirt with a poor excuse for a silk screen on it. I have sent at least 3 emails to their customer service that have been completely ignored. I am glad this wasn't a more expensive order.

Ho acquistato una maglia è due completi 17 giorni fa il 30 di febbraio per un totale di 132,31€ e non mi he mai arrivato ignorano gli email che li ho mandato non comprate che sono dei truffatori

I purchased a shape wear item at the end of April and decided to return it because I wasn't satisfied with the time it was going to take to put it on every day. I dropped it off at post office on May 1 and until now (May 16) I have received no correspondence regarding my return, though I have sent 3 emails! I have received the generic "Hi Family! blah blah blah" email that asks for my patience for 24-48 hours. That time and then some has passed! The shipping status still shows "delivery attempted" and for me to reschedule delivery or package will be returned to sender (that's me!). I thought I was dealing with a reputable company 😕 I don't have the product so all I want is for someone at the business to process the package so I can get my refund and move on. Is that too much to ask for...seriously?

Went back to check my order status. They said I never made an order after buying 2 outfits. And they charged my card. No response from emails and a constant busy signal from the number given. Fb should be ashamed and sued for letting this site scam its users.
