The nail polishes I purchased start to chip and peel in less than 24 hours. Not sure why...I used the primer/top coat as well.

This first time order has been in NY…
This first time order has been in NY for days. I’m in NB Canada about nine hours away from NY so I’m not understanding what is taking so long to get to Canada

Hi Nicole, we apologize the package is taking a little extra time. The package was shipped out the same day as the order was placed. All our packages ship by USPS. Orders to Canada do take longer to arrive due to customs. Not to mention to chaos going on with COVID-19. We'll be in touch with updates about your package. Thank you for your patience!

Outstanding!! Above and beyond customer service.
I placed my order online. When I received the follow up email, I realized that one of items was incorrect. I called the toll free number the next morning. The consultant was lovely. She put me on hold, and went and actually found my order, and switched it herself. In my experience most companies would have just said 'I'm sorry, it's too late to change. The shipping was quick. And when I received it, there was a beautiful surprise gift included that I was not expecting. They went above and beyond!. Very pleased !!
