Quick delivery - and great polish

The product wasn’t sent correctly then when I complained the product was resent but I was charged almost $100 for postage cash on delivery but wasn’t told that would be the case. I love the products but the service was disappointing and I do not want to repeat the experience.

The price and quickness in which I received the polish is not the issue. What I found was the colors of nail polish on the website and those that I received, really appear to be different (website) yet really the same color (nail color in person). The language describing the colors needs to be improved so that one can make a more informed decision. For example, I purchased "Underground Red," expecting it to be a red with brown tones - it is more of a dark red berry....ironically the same shade as the other 2 reds ( that I purchased. Not sure if I will purchase from them again as their colors do not appear to be the same as online as in person. Finally, when applying the polish, it does not appear to provide even coverage, it appeared as it was more of a thick water color versus a nail polish. It took 3 layers to provide a good covering, which then affected the cure time. Disappointed.
