Ordered gifts from Duri which were delivered quicker than I expected. I was delighted how well protected the items were. However, after I checked all the colors there was one missing. I emailed customer support with my issue receiving a response within one day. A personal assistant Julia, replied to the email and assured me the missing item would be sent. WOW the item came by weeks end. In this busy holiday season and people using covid as excuse I was impressed with the service. I love the products Duri has and recommend it for anyone whose nails need healing. Yes, my nails were a total mess. The nail bed hurt so bad. Duri products relieved the pain and nurtures good growth. Great colors to match all moods. I just love it.

I ordered 6 bottles of nail polish then discovered I ordered a slightly different one than I wanted- I called duri & my product had already been mailed - your agent offered to send the correct one if I returned what I had - I decided it was fine & thanked your agent - everything good!!

It was confusing using you website and it would have helped if you had recommended the appropriate nail polish remover. Relying on what I had messed me up for proper management during the second week. Then my daughter told me to order yours and now I am back on the process. Great product!

I have been using the duri products for over 2 years. I have had marginal improvement with my nails but continued to use as directed. I ordered the durilaq top coat during the Black Friday sale. The product said that no UV light was needed, in fact regular light or sunlight would cure it. I did not find this to be true, after proper application of the durilaq, it would not set up or dry, I did my nails at 4 PM and by 11PM they were still tacky and tiny bubbles were noticeable. I called customer service the following day and reported my experience. They did refund my money for the durilaq product promptly. I give 5 stars for their customer satisfaction and service.

I love the nail polishes because they last a very long time and always look as if I just had a manicure.
