I received a bottle from a friend and was pleased with the results. However, when I made my first purchase and was told free shipping, I thought that was a good incentive to try it. Needless to say, I didn't receive the free shipping and no response from my email sent to address the issue. I would have given a better rating had someone responded to my concern because customer service is vital for wanting repeat customers.

Love Duri nail polishes! Lots of colors and it lasts at least a week on my nails. I ordered several polishes and they came in a nice six pack box. However, the package smelled like polish in my mailbox, and when I opened it, one of the colors had bubbled up out the top. The bottle wasn’t broken, so I didn’t return it. Just surprised at the issue. I do recommend this product to my friends when they ask what I use.

I used to love Duri much more. Sleeping Beauty Indigo is great with lasting coverage, but their neon shades are too transparent and chip and peel rather quickly. Therefore, consistency varies. Be so warned.
