Duplicaten does not deserve any stars I ordered 2 tempered tumblers for my friend's birthday on December 9th. It is now January 8th. And I have yet to receive anything I have sent emails and received no response, I actually feel like I've been scammed and would appreciate a refund. They suck for Ruining my friend's surprise for her. birthday.

DO NOT order from this company! SCAM!!!! I ordered a product 1st December 1month later nothing but silly emails from a private email address NOT the company which I queried Telling me to look at the tracking which never altered from the day I put my order in That’s because it was NEVER going to arrive anyway! Luckily I reported to my bank and they investigated and managed to get my money back So DO NOT ORDER from this website

I ordered this product on 11/26/2023 and as of today, 12/24/2023, I still have not received it. Can't get a live person to talk to, just generic chat questions and answers, a basic FAQ. I AM VERY UPSET

My order has not arrived for 1 month. I believe it is a scam as they will not answer my question on who is delivering it or where it is presently. Never using them again.

They suck point blank! Almost 3 weeks and nothing I ordered has come in! This was on Facebook how in the hell can there website be posted on Facebook??? I'm baffled and pissed off at the same time. Are they human or have a soul? I think not on both.
