They autoship without authorization & charge you 5 times more than you ordered. Harmony wave, how bout a phone number instead of lipservice if you're legit?

I did not want to auto renew any…
I did not want to auto renew any purchases but they keep sending me product I do not want. There are no customer service numbers to call to try and fix the problem. I do not want the product. and I need to return all that has been sent and get a refund. Please help!~
