Customer support was helpful and responsive. Although refunds aren’t available for mistaken purchases, the support agent clearly explained the policy and provided a small credit for me. The instructions were clear and the response was quick. Thanks to Zoe for the assistance!

It's extremely slow and laggy, I couldn't do anything reasonable with it, slow customer support as wel..money wasted
