Nice product at fair price. Shipped quickly. They did a great job, with gift box and matching gift bag.

Thank you Joseph! We believe opening a jewelry gift should feel just as special as wearing it. So glad you enjoyed the experience from start to finish!

Amazing customer service! There was a typo on the delivery address and the postal service returned to sender. The company reached out to me immediately and sent a new package 2nd day air. They also threw in a pair of matching earrings. I can't wait to give them to my wife for our anniversary.

Shipping was super fast, the packaging is amazing and very classy, and the jewelry piece itself is beautiful. Never know what to expect buying from an online seller for the first time but this one gets an A+ from me.

Thank you so much, this made our day! We know trying a new brand online takes a little trust, so an A+ means everything to us!

Beautiful work, perfectly packaged and presented. My only concern is the adjustable clasp, something I didn’t notice when I was shopping. The “hanging” - loose chain effect is not so desirable and it makes putting on and taking off a bit challenging. Otherwise it makes for a nice present at this price point.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review, we’re glad you loved the craftsmanship and packaging! We appreciate your feedback about the adjustable clasp as well, and we’ll definitely keep this in mind as we improve our designs and descriptions. Thanks again for your support!
