Not the Dunkin I remember. As with so many franchise businesses, the quality is sadly uneven. My 'local' (Cocoa, Florida) dunkin just dumps the donuts in a bag, no tissues or napkins... Just smashes them together like a damn cake. A couple miles away, (Rockledge, FL) different owner, different service. Same price, but you get donuts that you can actually serve to people. Even napkins. It's sad that people care so little about the food they serve you.

I have been a customer at the Dunkin Donut on 58 Highway, Chattanooga, TN. for awhile. It just seems to go from bad to worse. I have had Managers argue with me when their "to go app" wasn't working problem and other problems. I stopped going there for several months after that. The "to go" app rarely works. I do't ever try to use it or other apps anymore except to pay for order. Have been there 3 or 4 times this week. Always a problem. Needed to add money on my card but I use my CC and do not do it on the app. No problems at other DD and usually not at this one until this week. The manager did not know how to load my DD card with my credit card. I lacked $.06 on card for purchase and he "waived" the $.06 so I was able to get iced coffee. Stopped there today and the system brought me up but she could not load the money from my credit card as usual y. I left without ordering. I have left several times without ordering. One day the whole system was down and no one could do it. They are continually dropping best seller swirls so they are not available.Never know what's available from one visit to the next.They can't keep employees and have gone thru approximately 4 managers in the last 3 or 4 months. Have decided just need to go with Starbucks all the time. If close by one of the other DD sometimes will stop. Otherwise I go to Starbucks wherever I'm at. Highway 58 DD is a total disaster. I do not recommend that DD. Have complained to corporate on several occasions and they never respond. Really don't feel anyone cares about the business from corporate on down. I quite trying to notify anyone of the problems. Nothing seems to change.

New DD hillsbourough ave tampa at countryway dr. Ordered 2 Boston cremes. Server just threw them in a bag without the sanitary paper wraps Made a mess inside the bag. Also no reciept. Very bad way to start out. Guess new employees need retrained in health rules

I went to Dunkin Donuts last week to get a dozen donuts and I could not understand what the gentleman was saying to me that was taking my order.I had to ask him several times what he was saying and visa versa because I had to repeat myself several times and he just seems hesitant to wait on me it was upsetting to me. But anyways the donuts were good and the coffee was OK.

I'm not sure if the stores are independently owned and operated or not but..... Every single store I've been in is TRASH!!! I thought maybe by doing my orders through the app would be better but its actually worse. They never have my order correct. I always end up having to have my drink remade because they don't know what they're doing. The only reason I even go there is because its across from my job. I'll just have to take that 5 min walk to Starbucks.

Visiting their stores is a mixed experience. In 3 stores I've visited in New York - the employees looked like they had better days and disgruntled. They sounded like soulless automatons when they "welcome" you. Donuts were sometimes fresh and oftentimes stale making this junk food more "junk". Coffee tastes like crap and never gave any store a second chance. The only pleasant DD store was in Fort Lee, NJ when I visited in the night time.
