My wife and I are in our 80’s and, weather permitting, have enjoyed having a Dunkin Donuts iced coffee after walking in the morning. Many times we experienced a drink that was either very weak, as if the coffee grinds had been used twice, or extremely harsh (aged) and undrinkable. In the latter instance, we were told that the cold brewed (decaf) coffee was to be replaced AFTER EIGHT HOURS ... which explains why the harsh taste. We no longer drink DD iced decaf coffee before 10am!! Just an observation....

I ordered a sesame bagel with olive oil spread on the side and got a plain bagel with spread oozing out the sides and it slathered everywhere.

Placed an order on the go for a coffee,hash brown , and sweet black pepper bacon wrap @8:09. Got coffee and they asked me to pull forward, ok ....... 6+ cars after me got their orders and food as I Waited till 8:25 ,and then it wasn't even the correct food. Got a cold dry veggie wrap and hard cold hash browns. Get your act together

My daughter went to Dunkin on Thanksgiving to surprise the kids!!! She ordered 3 dozen assorted!!!!! Out of the 3 dozen 7 of them were ghost pepper!!!!!! That's CRAZY!!!!! My granddaughter and 2 friends chose the prettiest donut!!!! Not being told there were spicy donuts she took a huge bite!!!!! Well she proceeded to puke and cry ( she's 8 years old!!!) The ghost pepper is the 3rd hottest pepper in the WORLD!!!!!!! It makes NO sense to make this into a donut and not alert people of the type of donuts they are being served!!!!! My granddaughters lip was burned and she was very upset by this!!!!! We go to Dunkin about 2x a month not much but it adds up!!! This incident is very disturbing!!!!! I just DON'T understand how you could bring out something so different and not notify people I also don't understand why you would put something like this in an assortment and not tell the customer!!!!!! Many children trust that y'all will provide the same quality , tasty delicious donuts they always get!!!!!! My granddaughter still has faith that y'all will give the greatest donuts she come to expect of y'all!!!!!! I'm not so sure!!!! Actually Im furious!!!! This child trusted y'all and got burned, she puked and cried!!! This CANNOT happen again!!!! We did get the donuts replaced with a more regular selection!! Your staff apologized profusely!!!!! Today however I called the store and asked for your corporate number and was told they didn't have that number!!!!!!! I asked for a manager and the young lady said they didn't have one!!! Now this made me angry because I know better!!! It has been a very trying matter to reach out to ya'll to let you know about this issue!!!!! This may WELL have been our last trip to Dunkin! If you can help resolve this issue in some way it would be greatly appreciated!!! As you may well know my granddaughter is very important to me and her being hurt is this manner is very disturbing!!!!! Thank you in advance for any response to this issue!!!!!

PLEASE GET RID OF THESE CARDBOARD CUPS !!!!! They leak TERRIBLY causing myself to burn myself numerous times and destroy things in my car from coffee spilling all over ! These lids do not fit these cardboard cups properly and there needs to be a solution !!

Ok these hot coffee cups you have need to go!! Every time I get a hot coffee (any size) they leak! Today my phone was soaked by my coffee... NOT COOL! please get different cups... PLEASE!!

About two and a half months ago Dunkin change their styrofoam cups to a thick hard paper cup. If these cups have one marking pressed at the top ring of the cup the lid will not properly fit there for causing it to leak. It will leak all over the side of your vehicle. One associate continues to hand me a cup that is filthy from coffee leaking and dripping down the paper coffee cup. Requested for a new cup, looks clean, take a sip and it leaked from under the lid all over my work top and pants. That mite not sound like a big issue but on this day it was. I was working 75 miles away from home helping a sister office. This has happen several times even dripping on to the interior of my vehicle. Nine out of ten cups are defective. If there is more coffee on the outside of the cup than inside the cup, CHANGE IT! I stop at DK one to two times a day.....as of today going forward, not anymore. One to many leaking cups. Guess its back to Starbucks for coffee and KK for a good sweet treat. I took pictures, unable to post photo on this review site. If someone gets burnt, I feel sorry for them. If coffee drips down your car door, sorry. Oops, coffee all over your pretty clean top, sorry. Sorry doesn't fix a leaking cup. Change it!
