I’m hearing that nurses are being yelled at and coffee almost thrown at them. Accusing nurses that we are spreading this virus and that it’s our fault. If this doesn’t stop, I and most nurses will no longer be customers at your stores.

On several days that I have entered the Dunkin Donuts on Jefferson Avenue in Newport News Va in Jefferson Crossing I have seen the manager of that store sleep at the register her hygiene is never in tact and it is not presentable for customers something needs to be done about the situation oh I will continue to write my review I take it to a higher level.

This morning I went through the drive through and tbey forgot my orange juice. I drove back and the lady wore up and down she gave me my orange juice. They gave me a donut for my inconvenience but very poor customer service and donuts aren’t that great!

I wrote 3 reviews on Apple iTunes which were all deleted. Why? Because this app stole money from me and doesn’t want others to know? $20 was auto reload from my debit card-I didn’t authorize it or requested it. I hadn’t used the app in over a year. Customer service is closed on weekends and apparently for lunch so you can’t reach anyone after 7 pm on Friday or before 7 am on Monday and between 11-noon during the week. The agent, Rebecca got me refunded but it makes me very wary that she wasn’t able to find the charge. It was the first and only charge in over a year, not something that requires extensive research to find. There was also a balance which she stated she would forward to her review team. No info on if they would follow up via email or phone. Refund will take 3-5 business days. No compensation for the $60 NSF they caused me—this auto reload was on their end, not mine. No apology from the agent, she sounded as if she’d rather be doing anything than assisting me. Once my refund is received, I’ll delete the app. This company is horrible and the app worse.

Today the price of a Donut rose to $1.49 at Dunkin Donuts....a dozen now costs $11.99. Burn in hell you Greedy company. Anyone paying these prices is out of their minds and bending to the greedy corporate a-holes in charge. They should be ashamed of themselves. They don't even make them in house any more and display the donuts in open-air displays for hours so they insure stale donuts for all. Greedy, Greedy,Greedy!
