The Dallas Airport place is horrible, stay away. The staff is rude, they even don’t say a simple hello, which is all about having manners. The coffee is bad, tasteless. Use your money somewhere else.

The Dunkin’ Donuts on 209 in Marshall’s Creek PA is always and I mean always backed up at the drive-through they usually get the order wrong and I’m not going to frequent this Dunkin’ Donuts again

Their black Postmates guy completely screw up our order. I was overcharged by $9. I called the Dunkin on Ysrbrougj. They said "too bad' I WILL NEVER buy anything there again

I went into Dunkin Donuts today. I go to this DD all the time. I was standing in front of the cashier. I said I would like a Coffee Roll. The Cashier said one moment. I stood and waited for over ten minutes for the cashier to take my order. The Cashier never took my order. He never looked up. I left the Store. The Cashier never took my order, even after ten minutes of standing there. This Dunkin Donuts is in the Bronx on White Plains Road, not far from the GNC Store. What is the point of having a customer wait for over ten minutes, and never take my order. No one else was on the line, just me. The Cashier is just plain rude and lazy.

Dunkin donuts in Orangeburg is unsanitary and run by an idiot. There was no toilet paper in the Ladies Room. When I complained, I was told they were “very busy.” There was a female employee standing next to him. I asked what she does!?

I would give a below zero rating, if I could. My employees as well as my family ALL were so thrilled when we saw that Dunkin' Donuts was coming to Tequesta FL. In a very short time that excitement has faded and none of us will step a foot into that "sh.. show". They have the rudest employees and the manager whom I dealt with had an IQ of a turnip. We have too many stories to tell how they conduct their business. They order the customers around and provide ZERO customer service. They even call customers derogatory names and have shown a racist attitude. Not ONE friendly face in that store.

I had a jelly filled sugar coated donut witch I have 3 times a week. Usually good to have but this occasion not so. I bit in to the donut to find a work glove that the employees wear stuffed into the center of the jelly filled donut. I have yet to figure how to go about confronting headquarters on it yet. I thinking email with picture of this disgusting glove and with the covid. 19 around not very pleased with this at all. If a child would have or me bit off the glove in a small piece and swallowed or attempted to could have hurt someone seriously. Be ware of the food there.
