Anyone who has ever had an excellent donut wouldn't eat here. DD is terrible and their stale, dry donuts aren't worth the price.

So today i was in dunkin donuts in manassas and i had ordered a crosont stuffer and they served it to me fresh on the out side but frozen on the inside i gave it to them back and told them and when they reheated it it was still as frozen as could be . Every time i order something its always cold never come to walmarts dunkin in va , there is a cashier whos always measing you'r order up and some how he still working here if you ever do make sure to not get diego as a cashier or everything will be messed up or served to you frozen .

Habe zum ersten mal die Donut’s online bestellt. Weil man einen Termin ausmacht dachte ich, dass die so wie die Pizza Lieferanten mit dem Roller oder Auto ausgefahren werden. Kam heute mit der UPS und alles war zerdrückt und nicht mehr genießbar 😡 Das war das letzte mal!

on friday april 16, I visited DD around 4 pm located in Tampa fl 33619 the young guy, told me that he has to take care of drive through, with my mask on, I asking how long its going to take, he, could'nt understand me, I repeat my self little bit louder, he was very rude, and told me that I had an attitud,, he went back to drive through, from the front desk I was asking him that I just want to know how long,he told me that stop running my mouth and go, that he was by himself . I stayed, after he served two cars he came back to me and told me that it was my turn, I ordered, and apologized to him if I cause any inconvenient, Management should be more careful, the kind of people they hire ,training people about customer service, or place BE KIND notes where they can read it, good place,,CASH REGISTER

Honestly disappointed. This happened a while back. I ordered $27 worth of doughnuts for a work meeting only to have the order messed up twice. I reached out to one of the main managers and was told I would get a gift card for what I had spent. Fast forward a few months later and I had gotten a gift card for barely half. Needless to say we won’t be back and will be finding elsewhere. Don’t waste your time.

Dunkin donuts on Collier bl Naples, Florida, March 17, 2021. I went in and purchased an ice coffee WITH my small certified Service dog, and went to the outside seating area. Went inside to use the restroom. As soon as I opened the door, Manager, "Roj", SCREAMED AT ME, "GET THAT DOG OUT OF HERE"!!! I told him,he was a Service Dog. He continued to YELL AND SCREAM AT ME!! I did go into the restroom. Asked his name 5 times before he finally told me. I told him he needed to read the LAWS CONCERNING THZ SERVICE DOGS: THE U.S. JUSTICE DEPARTMENT AND THE ADA, AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT. Then left. I reported this to Headquarters Office. NO RESPONSE!!!BI CAN FILE CHARGES FOR ELDERLY ABUSE. AND UNLAWFUL ACTIONS REGARDING LAWS PROTECTING SERVICE DOGS AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. I BELIEVE THIS WILL BE A FELONY CHARGE.

I just left Dunkin Donuts at 1231 S. Wabash in Chicago. The young lady rang up my order and asked the young man to make my sandwich. At the time, he was mopping. He put the mop down, put on a glove on one hand only, and proceeded to prepare my sandwich. I said to him "excuse me sir, you just put a mop down, can you please wash your hands?" He said to me "you're absolutely right mam, took off the glove, threw it away, put on another glove and again, proceeded to prepare my food. I said "excuse me, you didn't wash your hands." He says "I switched gloves." At this point, I should've just left and spent money elsewhere, but I was starving, so I said "you have to wash your hands before handling food, especially after using a mop." He stomped off, apparently upset, went to the sink, came back and put on one glove again and prepared my sandwich. He handed me my bag in a not so nice way and didn't even thank me for my patronage. Needless to say, I will never spend another dime with them. We're currently living in a pandemic and even if we weren't, anyone in the food handling industry knows that you wash your hands after mopping, and before preparing food. Horrible service.
