I would give ZERO stars if I could. I do not recommend this location (4152 Atlanta Hwy Loganville, GA 30052)! I ordered a refresher combining the flavors which I have several times at other locations and never had an issue. However, the employee that took my order said that her manager would not allow her to make this drink, then the manager came over the speaker and said that they couldn't combine the flavors. Evidently, the manager doesn't know how to pour less of one flavor into a cup and then add a little of another flavor. This combination would not cause her to use extra syrup/flavor, the total amount would still be the same. This manager does not believe in making her customers happy, she doesn't want you to come back. I will never return to this location, I will go out of my way to go to another location that actually wants customers.

I was robbed. I stopped at the Dunkin' Donuts location in the Tripoli Pizza store at 163 Howe Street in Methuen, Massachusetts. I ordered my food, which came to $12. I gave the guy two one dollar bills and a twenty. He put the bills into his cash register drawer then insisted that I had given him a ten instead of a twenty. I told him I was sure it was a twenty but, of course, I had no proof.

Dunkin' isn't taking their commitments to customers seriously. They promised to go cage-free in 2015, but are only at 30% progress towards their goal. I've contacted customer service, and they just give the canned answer of something like, "we're at 30%." They refuse to say how they plan to meet their goal. DunkinRunsOnCruelty.com was very eye opening to say the least.

One of the worst run companies known to humankind Never in stock beyond 2pm, owners unresponsive to customer complaints. Yet again wanted donuts and coffee after supper and was disappointed. Despite the app stating all kinds of donut availability, they had NO donuts of any kind. What a joke at 7pm. What if I sent Door Dash? Ever try to get a refund from them? I have complained endlessly without any response from the franchise owner which was promised from corporate customer service. This is not an isolated incident whether it’s DD in Massachusetts or Delaware they all operate the same… out of everything after 2pm. It must be written into their SOP manual or something. What shrink dollars would you have with a piece of dough and some icing. Tonight my local DD lost almost $18 in sales how do you continue to operate like that? If they ever got their act together and actually had something to buy beyond 2pm they probably could add 40% their bottom line. We got a refund for the donuts and 1 drink (also not available) and went over to Wawa and got everything we wanted. Pretty poor when a convenience store out performs a donut shop with donuts and coffee. DD you have very simple almost 1 task operation and you can’t get out of your own way. Corporate obliviously has no control over franchisees. I for one will never set foot in another DD. My local DD is beyond the normal sub-standard operation despite new location and building (in 08087) They sometimes can’t make it to noon being in stock. Just a foot note Wawa is a whole lot cheaper and the coffee is actually hot and fresh every time all the time plus at $5 a gallon for gas and a DD app that is inaccurate I’ll go to Wawa first and not be disappointed by DD again and again. The CEO must be clueless not to see the problems and incompetent not to see the solutions. You are operating a hospitality company start listening to your customers!

The coffee and donuts are good but customer service is nonexistent I'd never go back again.

The order quality and delivery vary by location. To avoid inconsistency, it has proved to be less problems if one has only one or two “tried and true” franchises. Outsourced customer service is a new normal but USA-based customers are entitled to calls that do not often drop in progress nor an occasional snarly representative that wants to badger one fo discuss another representative and no response for email sent over a week ago through the app. We have family ties to all continents (except Antarctica and by consumer rights, I refused to discuss further what is in the purview of a supervisor, again other staff and certainly not banking information. If we do not do this on a call with American customer service here, it absolutely will not fly with a nasty-sounding shop wench in the Dominican Republic. Lastly, if we do not use first names in business to continue to do so after the account is identified, that shows disregard and disrespect - absolutely!

We just stopped at the Dunkin Donuts at 444 Hartford Tpke in Vernon, CT. My husband got a coffee, served quickly and politely. The order counter was strewn with torn bits of paper, so it didn’t look very neat. I went into the bathroom, which had no toilet paper. The toilet lid was up, which was no big deal until I saw how filthy the toilet is under the lid. Three people were staffing the counter; there is no excuse for the bathroom to be in that condition. Since there was no paper and it was gross, I did not use the facility. Funny enough, when we stopped at the Shell station right next door, the bathroom was clean. Wish I could submit the photos I took at DD.
