Dunkin Donuts app is totally worthless. Unable to redeem any reward points. Very similar to Lucy convincing Charlie Brown that she went ull the football away but she does. Like Dunkin saying rewards applied but still having to pay for the product. Unlike Charlie Brown,Mai won’t be fooled again with this worthless app

Dunkin Donuts on Calumet Ave in Hammond, In sucks. I went their on New Years at 12:30 am. One car in front of me, waited about five mins. I pull up and know one says anything after waiting 10mins. I ask if anyone’s there. Nothing, so I pull up and I don’t see anyone inside. Waited again for a few mins. The lady opens the window and I stated…… I pulled up, because after waiting ten mins for someone to take my order and know did. This disrespectful Mary, went off. I was in my car and she was leaning half way out the window, ranting, that I had to go back around and order, that she can’t take any orders at the window. Like really? It was one donut. Why would I have to get back in line? She than stated, she’s the only working and she’s not going to argue with me. Hello! She was arguing, while all I wanted to do, is get my 80 yr old mother a donut. Then she slams the window shut! Oh my Lord!!! My mom witnessed all this nonsense. If she’s pissed, because she has to work alone, don’t take it out on Dunkin’s customers. Never will I go again. Remember it’s Mary not a Karen.

Dunkin in Coshocton Ohio has the worst service I have ever seen, especially the inside service. most time when I go in the employees are busy with drive thru and don't seem to want to take time to service the inside customers, most times is take quite a long time to get even a cup of regular coffee, they call you long after you have sat down and then you have to go to the counter and pick it up. they don't even acknowledge you while you are waiting for service. VERY POORLY RUN CUSTOMER SERVICE, I think I'll go back to Mc Donalds most of the time after this

location: 2740 W Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY 14623 The district manager is a joke. Why even respond to complaint and offer a voucher when you don't even send one! She probably didn't even go over to the store and mention to her workers they need to be more diligent with orders and not added milk to orders where customers are allergic. I guess you get what you pay for, this mistake is never made elsewhere they actually have accountability!

Dunkin Donuts is not a good coffee shop to go to. The driver- thur is horrible trash garbage and it does not matter which one you go to they are all the same. They need to take some tips from Chick-fil-A on how to move there drive thur. the customer service is trash, and when you call the corporate office they state that they are franchised and will reach out to the owner (TRASH NO HELP) and send you a email for a free donut that no body wants all I have to say is DO BETTER!!

I ordered from new Dunkin app at 6:45 7am to be ready after 1 hour commute. I waited with other orders to be picked up even called out orders to lessen confusion at wait line. Still not ready 20 min later asked if my order was ready they didn't have it. Not even in line to be filled. Mind you i got confirmation on my phone of the order. Cancelled half the order refunded and left dissatisfied.
