First time visit to the new store in chesterfield. £2.25 for an incredibly dry donut. Waste of money

I have been a Dunkin’ Donuts customer for decades, always chose them over Starbucks. But now I’m disappointed to say that their poor customer service and inconsistency will always make them the inferior chain. I had a valid promotion for “Free Medium cold brew with any purchase”. After inputting the orders and scanning my QR code, the associate says the offer isn’t pulling up. She tells me that the reason is that my purchase did not match the sandwich on the advertisement picture. I then pulled up the Terms and conditions, which just says the purchase needed to be a regular-priced item. I then asked to check with her manager, to which she replied that he isn’t available. She put no effort into a resolution and just stared at me blankly until I walked out of the store. When I contacted Customer service, Gabriella just avoided the issue and told me I should order ahead of time in the future. Honestly I would have continued to be a loyal customer and to pay full price for my usual items. But if they are going to advertise a promotion and later deny that it’s valid without ANY justification, I do not want to be a part of this business.

Very disappointing everything coated in thick iceing even chocolate is just iceing and sickening the donuts would be lovely if not 100% spoiled with iceing should use white and milk chocolate aswell. Will not buy again unless they offer chocolate coating at least on the Boston cream as it should be.

I ordered Dunkin Donuts on 2/11 and it had a piece of feces in it. I purchased glazed donuts with chocolate munchkins. The employee who gave it to me was light skin and did not like black people so he gave it to me. Please do not trust or go to Dunkin donuts because they are telling you lies.

The 2511 Howard Branch Casselberry, FL 32707 407-960-6882 is a Nightmare! SAT. 2/11/23 1230PM ET... drive thru male was laughing into the speaker and had me repeat my order 3 times, a simple order! It was still wrong at the drive thru window and they tried to charge me more. The female asked that same male for help. He was clueless too! I waited so long I finally said plz return my money and forget it. They both did not even apologize and the male said ADIOS in a sarcastic way to me meaning F....Y.... when I was ready to drive off! Excuse you, I am suppose to be mad NOT you buddy! Bad Franchise location,stay away folks!

Went to dunkin on 81 knollwood rd white plains ny. about 3pm sat bought Boston cream donuts. When we got home, they were stale, I would have retuned them but my wife and I were not feeling well, and it was Freezzzing outside ! You would think the workers would know if the product's they sell were fresh or not. bottom line they don't care whether you get fresh donuts or not.

My 1st time was so excited with my daughter got a doughnut really crap customer service paid and ordered hot chocolate she seen Mr waiting for 20 mins and got someone else order ready completely blanked me so shiiit
