First time there and last time there.MF not only did they get my very simple two item order wrong, the drink they gave was so bad like how???

I love DD i think there is so much potential BUT everywhere i go i have issue. In EVERY damn store are people who has no idea what they're doing, young kids who are acting like it's their first day in work.SUPER unprofessional! Everywhere i go they always messed up my order, burn my sandwiches or forget something what I paid for. I thought its just one store but no, it's ALL Dunkin's store. Continue like this and you can close the franchise. I'm really upset and make sure everyone knows…

Terrible customer service, Defense Hway Gambrills MD. They only take care of drive-up window. Walked in because drive up line was long. After a few minutes someone said they would be right with me. After a few more minutes I walked out empty handed. WAKE UP DD, my money is just as green as the people coming to drive up window. Will never go to this location again.

I am so upset with Dunkin Donuts lately, different locations in Canton and Stoughton! Ice coffee should have ice, when I ask for more ice, they want to charge me more money! Over $3 a cup of coffee, you should be ashamed! Besides, the coffee is so watered down, taste like dish water. Cumberland Farms, here I come!

To start why don't you just close store 2933 in Anderson sc always go in the store they standing around and tell you have to go back and get in your car and order through drive through, going on your website sucks trying to send a email it just glitches I used to be a number 1 fan of Dunkins but with the service over 3yrs time to move on!!!

Ever since they changed locations every attempt to make a purchase has had a problem. Extra long wait in line do to express lane for app orders. If I'm next ...I'm next....pick it up inside... cutter. They can.t follow direction.... everything wrong, or out, coffee only today, no staff... oh yeah, wrong bagel, egg and cheese no meat has suage... see it says that on receipt but cant follow, the best was when they shorted me 5 bucks on my change. The place looks set up to expedite but let me tell you 2 cars including yourself and all 7 employees choke. enjoy the convenient extra long wait, screwed up order, and being over charged. Owned should take that white jeep and run it into the river, all incompetent drug addicts. Hire people who can read and train them in simple math. Location imo needs to close what an embarrassment.. stealing money should be ashamed
